Introducing Verzet Chapbooks

VERZET is a collection of beautifully designed chapbooks, showcasing the work of eight of the most exciting young writers working in the Netherlands today. 

The list includes an impressive array of award winners and nominees who provide diverse, daring fictions, superbly rendered into English by a new generation of translators.  Join four prizewinning Dutch authors and translators as they launch the series.

Readers: Sanneke van Hassel, Jamal Ouariachi, Emma Rault and Sheffield’s own Alice Tetley-Paul.  The event will be chaired by Dr Henriette Louwerse.
